Condition Report: 1 small frit to base rim and a firing flaw. Also 2 firing flaw lines inside the bowl (not visible outside) Also the devils work has some firing flaws. Size 11.3x5.7CM DiameterxHeight
We were lucky enough to acquire this very nicely shaped and painted piece.
Visible in the pictures is a Chinese export porcelain bowl with reticulated walls (linglong or Devils work) and medallions with flowers, ruyi and geometric design, decorated in underglaze cobalt blue (qinghua). It has an unglazed base and an unglazed band at the outside top rim.
Period: 17th century transitional, Chongzhen Period
