A very nicely decorated Japanese Porcelain dish in Chinese Kangxi style. Marked at base.
There is an underglaze blue flower mark at the base, the marks on these kind of dishes are always close to the base rim and not centered.
The central scene is an interesting one, on the right side you see a figure behind a desk who is thinking/dreaming about the scene in the centre where there seems some kind of argument between three people, including a warrior with a sword.
We also owned the Chinese Kangxi version of this piece.
