A richly decorated Chinese famille rose porcelain bowl, dating to the 18th century, Qianlong period.
The exterior features large shaped panels depicting groups of figures in garden and terrace settings, with balustrades, trees and distant buildings.
The figural scenes alternate with smaller cartouches containing birds and flowering branches, reserved against an iron-red geometric ground enriched with gilt details. A narrow ornamental band encircles the foot.
The interior is decorated with a central pink floral spray beneath a patterned rim border.
An old metal staple repair is present on the underside, securing a crack in the porcelain
