Fantastic antique Chinese soapstone brush washer. Circa 1900.The antique carved brush washer is carved with several monkeys. It is all hand carved and you can see the knife mark here and there. The artist also utilised the natural colour of the soap stone to make the carving. It is beautiful and authentic.
