Condition Report: Both lid and container with some fritting and some firing flaws. Inside rim lid with larger firing flaw. Size: 7x4.3x2.5CM

Sharing with you this lovely and unusual Chinese porcelain incense container from the late Ming period, Tianqi period most probably. Jingdezhen made for the Japanese market.

Of delicate shape and with a lovely landscape scene with flowers, fruits and clouds.

These kind of containers come in different sizes and shapes, some examples from the literature in the photos.
