CHINESE FAMILLE ROSE ‘TOBACCO LEAF’ DISHES, QIANLONG PERIOD (1736-95)
With 8 sided rim, decorated to the centre with birds and flowers, surrounded by gnarled tree branches and broad overlapping leaves with details enriched in gilt, scattered with small peony blooms and flower-sprays.
