Antique 19th Century Japanese Takeuchi Chubei Vase Richly Relief Decor Marked

Condition Report: Overall Condition Very Good Some ware to ennamel. Size; 240mm
Unusual and very detailed piece with a relief decoration.
This has the appearance of sharkskin (samehada 鮫肌 in Japanese) glazing, invented by Takeuchi Chūbei (竹内忠兵衞), an enamellist, applied on ceramic surface.
Takeuchi Chūbei (竹内忠兵衞), a well-known “shippo 七宝” enamelist in the 1870s and 80s, opened a ceramics store around Meiji 20 (ca. 1887), which lasted only for a few years and closed in Meiji 23 (1890), and experimented with this “sharkskin” glaze surface; the attached photo has the same patent number as your vase, plus Takuchi-zō 竹内造:
