A rare Ming Blue and White Porcelain dish, Transitional Period, Tianqi period 1621-1627.
The dishe has an amazing and unusual scene of a Qilin and a Phoenix in flight. Nice cobalt colors and very good condition. The cavetto is painted with a radiating motif of alternating flowers and geometric/zigzag designs in the border. The reverse with 4 flower marks.
