Condition Report: In perfect condition. Size: 23.5cm. diameter and with a wooden storage box.
It has been painted in a particularly rich violet-blue at the centre with a dense design of five evenly-spaced chrysanthemum-heads divided by small boys climbing on their tendrils at the compass points, the well petal-moulded, the border with flower-heads scattered on a diaper band beneath a crisply lobed rim. The dish is heavily potted with an encircled Chenghua six-character mark, but Chongzhen period.
