Condition Report: Handle restored, restoration to neck and 1 chip to base rim. Size: 36CM high
A very nicely decorated and large Ewer in underglaze blue. The globular body rises from a long flared neck decorated with tulips and supported by a high handle. The main decoration depicts a meeting between two scholars traveling with their servants.
Country of origin: China
Date: Chongzhen Period 1624 – 1644
