Condition Report: Overall Condition B; 1 hairline (frontside is smaller then backside) and a firing flaw to the rim (tthis is no damage). The blue enamel is burned in some places. Size 170mm
An Imperial kiln dragon plate. With some production flaws that has made it unfit for the palace. So probably illegally sold for export.
