This is a very interesting chinese porcelain tea cup. Late Ming Dynasty. Made for export to the Japanese market. During the late Ming dynasty deliberately distorted pieces were export to Japan. Because the Japanese longed for imperfect porcelain. This is typical example of a totally warped tea bowl that would have been very appealing to the Japanese market.
