Sharing with you this Chinese porcelain foo lion incense burner decorated in the fukizumi ink blown technique. Late Ming kosometsuke or later. We are not entirely sure about this one. Similar pieces are sold as Ming, but the footrim seems quite unusual. Please make your own assessment of this one! In any case its a nice incense burner where the smoke comes from the mouth of the lion

4. A BLUE AND WHITE ‘LION’ INCENSE BURNER, KOGO MING DYNASTY, TIANQI PERIOD, (1621-1627)

Condition report; chip to the rim of the lower part. also some crackle lines. The lid with many crackle lines, see pictures. following some of the lines you might think it’s restored but when hold in blue light we didn’t find any glue there. We don’t think it’s restored.
