A very nicely decorated Japanese Porcelain dish in Chinese style. Mid to late 19th century.

Marked at base with a nice artemesia Leaf.

The central scene is of a busy pagoda garden, two male figures fighting or as an execution scene (at least one is not very friendly to the other) and an elegant ladies next to it. Inside the pagode is a men whose thoughts seem to be the central scene. The rim has different scenes of male figures fishing and trading.

We also owned the Chinese version of this piece.

Perfect condition.
