A very nice and rare set of plates, Early Edo period 17/18C.

The scene shwos men lined up in boats in what might be a marsh holding up poles with possibly lines on them ? Are they snaring birds? Fishing?

A very nice and uncommon mark at the base. A fuku mark with also other text, free translated as:

The following is tentative reading of the mark, with the need to review the fourth character and how to read the maker/kiln name, 太吟嘉納(?)手製, tentatively, Dai gin ka no(?) te sei (made).

The square seal is 福 “Fuku” written in a swirling way, and thus “Uzu Fuku.” An Arita kiln.
