Kangxi period Chinese Porcleain lidded Jar Tea caddy Blue & White Silver Liza
Out of stock
Condition Report: Overall Condition Perfect, cannot see on the silver (the rim part is a bit loose). Size 150mm high and 100mm diameter
China, blue and white jar/ tea caddy with silver cover, Kangxi, painted with an ongoing scene of several elegant ladies or Lizas in a Pagode garden scene. With silver metal rim and cover, later added in Netherlands probably in the 19th century. The silver lid is amazing as well with what seems to be a Roman or Greek scene. Lovely example of the Kangxi period.
With a nice 4 character chenghua mark at the base.
