A very nicely decorated bowl.
Decorated with the Cherry picker scene. A scene of a man standing on a ladder throwing down fruit from a tree to a woman who is holding out her skirt to catch it.
This well-known design is thought to be taken from a print by Nicolas Ponce after a painting (‘La Cueilette des cerises’) by Pierre-Antoine Baudouin.
