Sharing with you this lovely saucer dish in Blue and white.

The decoration is painted in underglaze cobalt blue, typical of Kangxi wares. The design is radially segmented into panels (like petals or wedges), each filled with:
– Scrolling floral vines (often called “karakusa” or continuous scroll motifs)
– Stylized blossoms, probably lotus form
At the center is a single flower medallion, neatly enclosed—simple but elegant.

• The brushwork shows:
  • Fine, controlled line work
  • Slight tonal variation in the cobalt (a hallmark of good Kangxi blue)

The underside is more sparsely decorated with free-flowing floral sprays along the cavetto. Inside the base is a double-circle mark enclosing a square seal-like mark.
