Condition Report: some minimal rimfritting only. Size 19.6x18.8x4.5CM
Sharing with you this fantastic Chinese Blood and Mil or rouge-de-fer moulded shell-shaped dish, Kangxi (1662-1722).
Decorated in predominantly iron-red enamel with blue and gilt, painted with a central floral roundel and stems including chrysanthemum and lily, all within a geometric flowerhead band to the rim.
