Condition Report: Some minimal rimfritting only. Size: 9.5x2.5CM DiameterxHeight
Size doesn’t matter
Visible in the pictures is a very nice small dish (9.5CM diameter) with a reverse decorated scene with central a nicely painted horse. The reverse has similar decoration. Marked with a 6 character Xuande mark.
This little dish was part of the Hatcher cargo, which was sold at Christies in 1984. We had one before some years ago and it came from the same collection which is visible on the sticker
These kind of dishes are pictured in:
The Hatcher Porcelain Cargoes, Complete record, Sheaf & Kilburn

Please enjoy this beautiful piece of history.
