Condition Report: Perfect. Size 126x30mm and 75x60mm handle to end rim x height

Possibly Scottish. The arms are described (but not illustrated) as Innes in CAP vol1 on p837 (described in heraldic language as ‘on a wreath or and gules an increscent proper’, with the motto ‘Je recevoir donne’). 

Also decribed in Chinese Armorial Porcelain: “Frederick Crisp Collection” published 1923
