A small Chinese blue and white porcelain dish, Kangxi period, circa 1700, decorated in underglaze blue.
The centre features a tall, multi-tiered pagoda beside trees and rolling hills, enclosed within a double circle. The surrounding border repeats the architectural theme with smaller pagodas, gateways, buildings and trees, interspersed with geometric motifs. A narrow band of diagonal strokes frames the gently lobed rim.
The reverse is painted with two loosely drawn floral sprigs. The base bears a single-character YU mark within a double circle.
