Condition Report: Restored at several parts with repainting also, check pictures, all photos are thereSize 320mm high and 250mm spout to end handle.

Coffee pot on footring with nice handle. Lid with pointy knob. ‘Gold’ Imari, decorated in gold, iron-red, black  and a green wash with ladies flowering plants and insects. On the handle flowers, on the cover flowers as well.

This is a beautiful example of ‘gold’ Imari. No underglaze blue or other enamel colors have been used, and the thin rosy layer of gold provides sufficient contrast to the brighter red and gold.
