Sharing with you this highly unusual pair
These Chinese Armorial porcelain dishes are decorated in the centre with the Arms of Adriaan Valckenier (Governor General of the Dutch East Indies 1737-1740); Dish 1 has a gilt floral border. The other dish is decorated to the rim with three landscapes en grisaille and flowers with gilt also. The wall has gilt flowers.
Condition; Dish 1 has a line with sideline in the base (only visible with blue light at front) and some fritting/chips to rim. Dish 2 has a restuck piece, some fritting to rim and a firing flaw to base rim. Size; 22.7×2.3CM and 23×3.2CM
